Every quarter, the design team at Cal State LA's University-Student Union curates a calendar of events geared towards encouraging student involvement within the campus. Events range from culturally enriching topics to practical/instructional classes on how to stay financially responsible.
After a design has been approved, the calendar itself is met with rigorous rounds of revisions to ensure that there are no typos or inconsistencies throughout the calendar.
We contact vendors that can both treat the front cover (we usually do a spot UV) and print over 7,000 copies by the intended deadline.
Lastly, production of bus shelter posters and corresponding paraphernalia are produced to help market the campaign.
