It turned out to be more difficult than expected to develop brand assets that aligned with DataStax's already robust system. The primary issue was how to make them more engaging and visually attractive. We focusedĀ on finding ways to combine the existing brand colors in a way that would produce a unified color scheme that didn't conflict with the current style guide.
Throughout their brand materials, DataStax frequently incorporates an illustration library they already possess. To accommodate the various illustrations that may appear in any design, we created a color palette that we believed captured the essence of the brand's identity while still providing space for future exploration.
The outcome of this undertaking yielded a color scheme that was flawlessly integrated, while also infusing motion and engagement into marketing materials that were previously stagnant.
